No matter what business you are in, it’s always important to reflect at the end of each year on both your successes and your challenges. It’s a bit like our approach to digital marketing… we are always looking at the data, measuring, refining, plugging gaps and building on success.
It’s hard to believe the journey we have been on as a business in 2019. Our team has doubled and we have delivered 30 websites, plus thousands of blogs, case studies, social media posts, newsletters, brochures and more. Around 100,000 unique visitors now come to Brilliant Digital websites every month.
In 2019 we have continued to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The leads that our websites generate are beyond our clients’ wildest dreams.
And the resultant sales, digital brand and top line growth keep those businesses in awesome shape. We’ve built on the solid relationships we have with our long-term clients, welcomed new clients into Brilliant Digital… and also said goodbye to clients that don’t align with our values.
The work our team has delivered in 2019 is phenomenal. They have pushed the boundaries with design and code… taken their content to the next level… and worked together as a team like no other.
Since we launched their new website in mid-2019, the leads they are receiving are highly qualified… a result of a strong brand that is woven through every page of their website. They are ending 2019 on a high with multiple projects underway to take them into the new year.
We love working with clients who have absolute faith in our ability to deliver… and that is the relationship we have with Playoust Churcher.
Our clients are leaders and innovators in their industry… like iComply2, specialist Technology Solutions for Financial Planners… essentially, an ecosystem of smart software solutions to help planners with AFSL compliance and help them take control of systems and processes.
It was a game changing solution for the industry, and they needed a website to take to the market.
We used our proven approach with a combination of video and clear, concise content to build the brand for iComply2.
The team at iCompy2 is rounding out a successful 2019 with over 90 subscriptions, proof that a solid website and marketing expertise drive results.
At Brilliant Digital, we love working with family businesses. As a family business ourselves, we find that our values tend to align as we are all focused on long-term results.
A new family business we started working with this year is Danrae, the waterproofing experts for more than 20 years.
Danrae isn’t a new business; in fact, they are long standing industry leaders… but they didn’t have a website that showcased their level of expertise and experience.
Video has had a huge impact on Danrae’s website. For the first time, we did a case study with our client on-site, taking Ron, the Danrae co-founder, along with us. Ron was able to speak to the project specifics and the final result has been a powerful marketing tool and a very happy client.
Leading into the Metro Solutions website build we had just implemented a new process within our team, introducing client managers for each client. When the Metro Solutions build was seamless, we knew we were onto a winning strategy.
And more than that, the team at Metro Solutions was a delight to work with. The amount of passion and energy in the business is astounding… and their new website absolutely brings that passion and expertise within HR and recruitment to the fore.
In fact, within an hour of the new site going live, the website received its first enquiry. That might just be a new record to beat in 2020.
You can never underestimate the power that a quality website will have in propelling your business growth forward. And in fact, it could be your website that is holding your business back.
The Turnkey Innovative Engineering business was growing… but they had an old website that didn’t represent their skill and capability.
In a highly technical business with a complex service offering, the challenge was to clearly define the expertise across a range of services.
And that’s exactly what our team did. They dug deep to get the information they needed and then turned that into content that speaks to the core of the Turnkey offering. We are particularly proud of the process wheel graphic that incorporates the Turnkey logo and represents the business as engineers… one small example of how we use brand strategy to drive website design.
When a longstanding client came to us wanting to help them launch a new company and concept into the B2C space we jumped at it. We love a challenge and this website was brimming with them.
The concept of Passivhaus is highly scientific and technically complex… add to that the challenge of both English – Passive House – and German – Passivhaus – spellings of the concept and we had our hands full in navigating this website build.
The result was a website that communicates the Passivhaus concept in a way that was easy to understand… while still providing the deeper level of detail to the savvier consumers who would want to know every detail behind the concept.
Passivhaus Design + Construct is the name of the business so we were able to navigate the SEO challenge of having multiple spellings for the same product by using the Passive House spelling when referring to the concept and Passivhaus when referring to the business offering of a whole design and build solution.
The damage that a poor website can have on your business can never be underestimated. A cohesive digital brand strategy – supported by a quality website – is essential for any business wanting to grow their digital footprint to drive results.
And that’s exactly what we achieved for Grand Group Australia. We took their website from a one with a poorly articulated message and outdated design and turned it into a sales tool to drive results.
As is the case with so many of our clients, they are hiding behind an ineffective website. And that was the case for Grand Group Australia. Their website wasn’t conveying the quality solar panels they install and nor was it demonstrating their expertise of more than a decade in the industry.
It’s not just about products… for Grand Group Australia, education is a huge part of what they do. Their website not only educates the market on the quality solar products available but also customers can use those solar products to maximise their savings.
The Brilliant Digital website was a few years old and not wanting to be like the shoemaker’s children who had no shoes, it was time for a refresh in 2019.
This was a challenging project… and not because of any technical requirements or complex business structures that usually cause the challenges in our projects… it was challenging because it is always so hard to do your own marketing.
That’s why our clients come to us – being able to articulate your own brand messaging is a very difficult thing to do.
Despite the challenge, our team nailed it. Our new website is fresh and on-brand. It talks to our clients’ pain points and the solutions we provide. It is welcoming and caring while still being confident. And it has positioned us for 2020 in the best way possible.
We built 30 websites in 2019… one thing for sure is that we will be building a lot more in 2020.
Kicking off the new year, we already have more than 10 projects in the build phase to launch when we return in 2020. Our team is expanding even further to keep up with the pace of our growth and our systems and processes are constantly being refined to take us to the next level.
The level of experience in our team is quite phenomenal. Across our whole business, we are brimming with talented individuals who know websites and digital marketing inside and out. It’s clear from the ROI we get for our clients that we are absolute leaders in our field.
